Terms of Service

By accessing or using GrabPitik, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before uploading content or making purchases.

1. Use of Service

GrabPitik is a marketplace for motorcycle event and road photography in the Philippines. Photographers may upload and sell photos taken at events, rides, and public roads. Riders may browse, save, and purchase photos of themselves or their motorcycles.

2. Photographer Content Rights

By publishing an album on GrabPitik, you confirm that:

  • You own or hold the necessary rights to all photos you upload.
  • You grant GrabPitik a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display watermarked previews, and facilitate the sale of your photos through the platform.
  • You will not upload photos that depict private individuals in situations where they would have a reasonable expectation of privacy.
  • Photos taken on public roads and at public motorcycle events are generally permitted provided the photographer was lawfully present and the subjects are depicted in a public context.

GrabPitik reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that is subject to a valid takedown request.

3. Public Road and Event Photography

Photography on public roads and at registered motorcycle events is generally lawful in the Philippines. However, the following rules apply on GrabPitik:

  • Photos must be taken in a public setting where subjects have no reasonable expectation of privacy.
  • Photos that identify individuals who have explicitly requested removal will be taken down within 3 business days of a valid request.
  • Photos depicting accidents, injuries, or distressing scenes may be removed atGrabPitik's discretion regardless of public-space status.

To escalate a content concern, email support@grabpitik.ph with the subject line “Content Concern”.

4. Takedown and Removal Requests

If you appear in a photo on GrabPitik and wish to request its removal, email takedown@grabpitik.ph with the subject line “Takedown Request” and include:

  • The URL or album name containing the photo.
  • A brief description of why you are requesting removal.
  • Your name and contact information for follow-up.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process valid requests within 3 business days. If a photo is removed following a takedown, the associated purchase record is retained for accounting purposes but the file will be made inaccessible.

5. Launch Beta — No Rider Payments

GrabPitik is currently operating in a free discovery beta. During this period:

  • Riders can browse, search, and save photos without payment.
  • No rider payments are collected during the beta. The checkout flow is intentionally disabled.
  • Photographers are participating on a founder basis — hosting and visibility are free during beta in exchange for early supply contribution.
  • Free discovery access during beta does not imply that GrabPitik will remain free after launch.

6. Future Monetization

Rider payments and photographer revenue sharing are planned features that will be enabled after the beta period. When monetization is introduced:

  • Registered users will be notified by email before payments are enabled.
  • Prices will be set by photographers within platform-defined limits.
  • Payments will be processed via Xendit. All prices are in Philippine Peso (₱).
  • Photo purchases are final once the download link is issued.
